Video files can also be downloaded using mediafire, megaupload, etc. and BitTorents. It's the same general principle, just type in the name of the movie and follow the steps provided on the Downloading Audio Page.Screencasts
Screencast-O-Matic is just one of the free ways to record your actions on your computer screen. The only reason I prefer this method is because it doesn't require you to download another program just to do screen captures. I will, however, admit that it doesn't really provide the highest quality screencasts. But it does a pretty good job of serving its purpose for free.
